We are devastated to inform all our Australian customers, there is an imminent ban on nicotine imports to Australia from 1 July. Business or personal import nicotine vaping products (nicotine in solution or in salt or base from and nicotine-containing refills unless on prescription) from this date could face a fine up to $220,000.
The prohibition of nicotine vape liquids and e-cigarettes will remain in place for 12 months and a final decision will be announced in early 2021.

Here are a fews things you can do during this time to stay vaping.
1. Stocking up on vape product
Try your best to stock up on ready-to-vape products. DTVape offers DHL fast shipping, we highly recommend our AU Customers to place orders before 28th of June. This timeframe ensures your parcel(s) get through the customs before 1st of July. It will be a bit risky to place your order on the 29th, because your parcel will be most likely at the end of a long queue by this time. Orders with nicotine products after 29th of June will be at your own risk.
2. Place Your order with your OWN credit card under your name
To avoid holding up by the payment check or age check, and help to speed up the process time, please place order with your own credit card (under your order name).
3. Choose the right products
DTVape will be continuing to sell 0mg e-liquid hardware and accessory. Please be aware that some of the brands do not have 0 nicotine products (eg. Vype/Vuse).
4. To obtain a prescription from an authorised physician
For a doctor to prescribe and provide liquid nicotine for nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), they must apply to prescribe through TGA and then apply to import through the Office of Drug Control (ODC). A doctor may apply to prescribe through the Special Access Scheme (SAS), for an individual patient or the Authorised Prescriber Scheme, to offer nicotine to multiple patients. Unlike cannabis, there is not a separate process for nicotine import, so doctors must use the same application used for schedule 8 substances -- such as methamphetamine, cocaine, and codeine. The only other means of legally obtaining nicotine is through a pharmacy with a doctor’s prescription Pharmacies must go through a similar process to import nicotine vape liquid or nicotine-containing e-cigarettes.
